Sonny Kakar founded Sevatec in 2003. As CEO, Sonny leads the firm’s strategic development, growth and transformation into the advanced technology company that drives innovation in software, systems and processes for the federal government.

Petty Officer Guldeep Kaur has served on active duty in the United States Navy for nearly ten years. Her primary duties are that of an Aviation Ordnanceman working with weapons systems and armament equipment for naval aircraft. Along side this, she has served as a Naval Instructor at basic training, sexual assault victim advocate, suicide intervention specialist, and community relations representative.

Once expected to become a doctor, chose entrepreneurship instead. In college, he started a business, invested in real estate, and later launched the Minority Mindset YouTube channel to share financial insights.

Now a serial entrepreneur, investor, and attorney, he empowers people through Minority Mindset Companies, making financial education accessible.
